一位老乡需要印度酸辣蔬菜汤,如果是纯正的素食者,不用鸡汤,改用蔬菜汤;Ghee也改成植物油。可以加上一些蔬菜丝儿,关键是口味要纯正,只能靠你自己摸索了。对不起,这是一份好多年前的Recipe,当时也没有放原料的分量,你自己先体味一下吧,这两天忙,还没有顾上写东西!
Ingredients Yield: 4 portions
Chicken Stock
Lemon juice
Madalas curry powder
Mustard seeds
Red chili/chopped
S&P
Garlic/crushed
Ghee
Onion/chopped
Ginger/chopped
Coriander/chopped
Preparation
1. Sauté the chili, onion, garlic & ginger in the ghee.
2. Pour in the chicken stock and add the curry powder & spices.
3. Bring to the boil and season with lemon juice and S&P.
4. Sprinkle the chopped coriander before the serving.
