	<a href="http://www.chefming.cn/attachment/1169276656_0.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://www.chefming.cn/attachment/1169276656_0.jpg" class="insertimage" alt="点击在新窗口中浏览此图片" title="点击在新窗口中浏览此图片" border="0" width="400" height="300"/></a><br/> <span style="color: #0000FF;"> &nbsp; 传统的果盘制作，往往受器皿的限制，很难给人以大气的感觉。如果要装点大型自助餐展台，就更是显得十分的小气，无法显示其真正的魅力。<br/> &nbsp;作为自助餐餐台的一个重要组成部分，果盘应该即具有装饰效果，又能突出其食用价值。即要突出色彩，又要有立体感。给人以视觉上的享受。同时不能因为注重感观效果，而忽视了实用效果。传统的中式果蔬雕刻技法，无疑已经达到登峰造极的地步。但如何很好地运用到果盘的制作上，还需要合理地采用原材料，以及雕刻命题的选择。<br/> &nbsp;本人在多年中式雕刻的基础上，结合泰式雕刻的技巧技法，加上原料的合理搭配，以及器皿的运用，形成了独特的果盘制作风格。希望能与广大同行共享。并且希望能借此推动中式果盘制作的全面革新。</span><br/><br/><a href="http://www.chefming.cn/attachment/1169276656_2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://www.chefming.cn/attachment/1169276656_2.jpg" class="insertimage" alt="点击在新窗口中浏览此图片" title="点击在新窗口中浏览此图片" border="0" width="400" height="300"/></a><br/> [color=#0000FF]
